Recall that more than 200 girls were kidnapped from their schools in Chibok community, Borno state in April 2014 during the President Goodluck Jonathan administration.
Despite reactions from Nigerians, home and abroad including the international audience, the former president Goodluck Jonathan is yet to issue any statement on the release of the girls.

- He may be accepting that he was clueless
- Speaking on the issue may exposing him as a weak leader
- The former ruling party, PDP yet to comment, maybe he is waiting for the part to say something
